Understanding the Template Components
When creating a message template in WappCloud, you will come across the following components:
1. Header (Optional)
- The Header is a title or introduction displayed at the top of the message.
- It can be text, an image, or a document.
- Choose “None” if you do not want a header.

2. Body (Required)
- The Body contains the main message content.

- The Footer is a short line of text at the bottom of the message.

Approval Criteria for Templates
Before using a message template, it must comply with WappCloud’s guidelines:
- ✅ Clear and Concise Language: Avoid overly complex or misleading text.
- ✅ No Spam or Irrelevant Content: Messages should be relevant and useful to the recipient.
- ✅ Proper Use of Placeholders: Ensure placeholders
