WhatsApp Embedded Signup Process

The Embedded Signup feature allows businesses to register directly for the WhatsApp Cloud API through our platform. Follow these steps to complete the signup process:

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you meet the following requirements:

1. A Meta Business Account: Create one at Meta Business Manager if you don’t already have it.
2. A new business phone number for OTP verification.
3. Administrator access to your Meta Business Account.
4. A stable internet connection and updated browser to avoid interruptions during the signup process.
5. Any relevant business information, such as your business name, address, and email, for account setup.
6. Access to the email associated with your Meta Business Account for verification purposes.

Step 1: Access the Embedded Signup Popup

1. Log in to your account on the WappCloud platform.
2. If you haven’t completed the embedded signup you will see the embedded signup popup.
3. Fill you busuness name, category and website.
4. Click on Submit to access the Embedded Signup interface and click Embedded Signup button.

Step 2: Log in to Your Meta Business Account

1. A login window will appear prompting you to enter your Meta Business account credentials.
2. Enter your email and password, then click Login.
3. If you don’t have an account, click Sign Up to create one.

Step 3: Create or Select a Business Account

1. Choose an existing Meta Business Account from the list, or click Create New Business Account if none exist.
2. Provide the necessary details such as your business name, address, and email.

Step 4: Link a WhatsApp Business Profile

1. Select an existing WhatsApp Business Profile or create a new one.
2. Enter your business phone number and verify it through an OTP sent via SMS or call.
3. Complete the verification to proceed.

Step 5: Grant Permissions

1. Review the permissions requested for your business account.
2. Ensure all required permissions are enabled for seamless integration.
3. Click Continue to confirm.

Step 6: Configure Your WhatsApp API

1. Once the signup is complete, you will be redirected back to our platform.
2. Your WhatsApp Business name and associated phone number will be displayed in the dashboard.

Step 7: Test the Integration

1. Send a test message to confirm that the integration is successful.
2. If any issues arise, refer to the troubleshooting section below.

Troubleshooting

• Login Issues: Ensure your Meta Business account credentials are correct.
• Verification Failed: Double-check the phone number entered and retry the OTP process.
• Permission Denied: Ensure all permissions are granted during the signup process.
