Chatbot Setup

Chatbots help make customer communication faster, easier, and more personalized. In WappCloud, you can create chatbots without coding using a simple drag-and-drop builder.

Steps to Create a Chatbot


Chatbot
  1. Click on Chatbot from the dashboard menu.
  2. Click Create New Chatbot.
  3. Enter a title for your chatbot.
  4. Add a trigger word (Example: Hi, Hello).
  5. Design your chatbot flow using widgets based on your requirement. Available widgets include:
    • Message Node
    • Action Node
    • Question Node
    • Input Node
    • Interactive Node
    • Custom Template Node
    • CTA URL Node
  6. Connect the widgets to create your chatbot flow. Start from the first node and connect it to the message widget.
  7. After completing the chatbot flow, click Publish to save and activate it.
