Dashboard

The Zoho Bigin dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of your integration’s health, without needing to open each settings tab individually.

What You’ll See

Go to Integration > Zoho Bigin > Dashboard. Once connected, you’ll see four summary cards:

Connection – confirms your account is connected.
Contacts Synced – how many contacts have been imported or updated, and when the last sync ran.
Open Tasks – how many tasks are still open, out of the total.
Webhooks – how many record types (Contacts, Pipelines, Tasks) currently have real-time sync active.

Below the summary cards is a quick guide linking out to Pipelines, Tasks, and Field Mapping.

Webhooks showing fewer modules than expected: go to Settings > Webhooks and click Re-register Webhooks.
Contacts Synced not updating: go to Settings > Contacts and click Sync Now.
