List Node

Sends a WhatsApp list message — a menu of options grouped into sections, opened by tapping a button, rather than shown as buttons directly on the message. Use it when you have more options than the 3-button limit on the Custom Template node allows.

How to Use

1. Drag a List node onto the canvas and connect it from the preceding node.
2. Enter the body text (required, up to 1000 characters).
3. Add one or more Sections, each with an optional title.
4. Add one or more Rows inside each section — a Row Title (required) and an optional Row Description.
5. Connect the node from whatever comes before it, and route what happens after the contact picks a row further along the flow.

Validation

• Body text is required, up to 1000 characters.
• 1 to 10 sections; each section title is capped at 20 characters.
• Each section needs at least one row; row title is required (up to 20 characters), row description is optional (up to 72 characters).

Summary

1. Add the node, connect it from the previous step.
2. Enter the body text.
3. Build your sections and rows within the limits above.
