Zoho Bigin Integration
Connect your Zoho Bigin CRM account to WappCloud to keep contacts, pipelines, tasks, and notes in sync between the two systems, and to trigger WhatsApp automation from CRM activity.
How to Connect
Step 1: Open Zoho Bigin Settings
From the sidebar, go to Integration > Zoho Bigin > Settings. The Connection tab opens by default.
Step 2: Check the Status
At the top of the page you’ll see the connection status next to the page title:
- Not Connected – no Zoho Bigin account is linked yet.
- Connected – an account is linked and syncing normally.
Step 3: Connect Your Account
Click the green Connect Account button.
You’ll be taken to Zoho’s own sign-in and approval screen. Log in with the Zoho Bigin account you want to connect, and approve the requested permissions.
Note: You’ll be redirected back to WappCloud automatically once you approve. The status will change to Connected, and your existing Zoho Bigin contacts will start importing in the background — you don’t need to do anything else to kick that off.
How to Disconnect
Step 1: Go to the Connection Tab
Integration > Zoho Bigin > Settings > Connection.
Step 2: Click Disconnect
Click the Disconnect button next to your connection status.
Note: Disconnecting stops all syncing immediately, but it does not delete anything that already synced — your contacts, pipelines, tasks, and notes stay exactly as they are in both WappCloud and Zoho Bigin. You can reconnect (even to a different Zoho Bigin account) at any time.
If It Shows “Not Connected” or Won’t Connect
- Check you’re logging into the right Zoho Bigin account on the approval screen — if your team has more than one Zoho account, it’s easy to approve the wrong one.
- Make sure pop-ups/redirects aren’t blocked in your browser for the Zoho sign-in step.
- Try again — click Connect Account once more. If it still doesn’t switch to Connected after approving, contact support with the time it happened.
If It Was Connected but Suddenly Shows “Disconnected”
This usually means Zoho Bigin itself revoked access — for example, if someone removed WappCloud’s access from inside Zoho’s own settings, or the connection was inactive for a long time.
What to do: simply click Connect Account again and approve access. This re-links the same account without affecting anything already synced.
