CTA URL Node
Sends a WhatsApp message with a button that opens an external link — a website, form, or payment page — when tapped. Use it whenever a step should send the contact off WhatsApp to somewhere else on the web.
How to Use
- Drag a CTA URL node onto the canvas and connect it from the preceding node.
- Enter the body text (required, up to 1000 characters).
- For each button, fill in the Button Text (what the contact sees) and the Website URL (where tapping it goes).
- Connect the node from whatever comes before it. Since tapping the button opens a link rather than sending a reply back into the flow, there’s nothing further to branch on after this node in most flows.
Validation
- Body text is required, up to 1000 characters.
- 1 to 3 buttons are required; each needs both display text and a URL.
- Currently the editor lets you remove buttons down to one, but doesn’t expose adding more than the button(s) already on the node — plan your button count before removing any you might want back.
Summary
- Add the node, connect it from the previous step.
- Enter the body text.
- Fill in button text and URL for each button.
