Steps to Create a Canned Message

  1. Navigate to More > Canned Message.
  2. Enter the canned message title.
  3. Enter the canned message text.
  4. Press Enter after typing the message to add the canned message.
  5. Enter the reply text in the Reply Text Copy field.
  6. Click Create.
