Prerequisites
To ensure a smooth, quick, and successful onboarding and verification process with Meta (Facebook), please keep the following details and documents ready before starting your onboarding with WappCloud. Having these ready in advance will help avoid delays during setup and verification.
Prerequisites for Onboarding
1. Meta Business Manager Account
Create or have access to a Meta Business Manager account. You should have admin access to complete the setup process.
2. Facebook Account Access
Keep your Facebook login credentials ready. Admin access is required during onboarding and verification.
3. Phone Number for WhatsApp API
Use a phone number that is not currently connected to any WhatsApp account. Supported numbers: Mobile, Landline, or VoIP. The number should be able to receive OTP through SMS or voice call.
4. WhatsApp Business App Access (If Applicable)
If your number is already connected to WhatsApp Business App, keep the mobile device ready for verification or migration.
5. Business Registration Details
Keep the following details ready:
- GST Number or Udyam Registration Number
- Legal Business Name
Business details should match official documents.
6. Registered Contact Details
Ensure your registered email ID and phone number are active, as OTP verification may be required.
7. Business Website
An active website is recommended for verification. Your website should clearly show your business name and services/products.
8. Professional Email Address
Use a business email ID (Example: [email protected]) for better credibility and approvals.
9. Business Logo (Recommended)
Keep your company logo ready to create a professional business profile.
10. Payment Method
Keep a valid debit or credit card (Visa/MasterCard) ready with international and domestic transactions enabled. This may be required for Meta verification and billing.
11. Additional Documents (If Required)
Keep supporting documents ready in case verification is needed:
- GST Certificate / Udyam Certificate
- Business License
- Utility Bill (if applicable)
Make sure business details match across all documents.
